Abstract: This study examines the impact of early childhood education (ECE) on family dynamics and relationships in Nigeria. The objective is to explore how children's participation in ECE programs influences parental roles, family interactions, and support networks. A survey research design is employed to gather data from parents, caregivers, and ECE educators across Oyo State. A purposive sample of 250 participants is selected to capture diverse family structures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Findings indicate that ECE participation enhances parental confidence, fosters positive parent-child relationships, and strengthens family cohesion through shared educational experiences. Recommendations emphasize parent involvement in ECE decision-making, community support initiatives, and policy frameworks that recognize ECE as a catalyst for enhancing family well-being and social integration.
